Claire Teunissen Kitchen and Bath Designer

Claire Teunissen
Kitchen and Bath Designer

Growing up in the family remodeling business, kitchen and bath design was a natural fit for Claire. She received her Kitchen & Bath Design Certificate in 2013 from Century College and began working at Mingle shortly thereafter. As a way of becoming familiarized with one of Mingle’s cabinetry lines, she entered a design competition that they sponsored – and won!

Since coming to Mingle, she has been honing her skills and developing her own design style. Claire enjoys working on projects inspired by her clients’ individual tastes, blending their style with functional design. She especially appreciates a clean, classic design that stands the test of time.

One of Claire’s many strengths is her expertise in creating life-like renderings that inspire clients and help them see the potential in their projects. Claire skillfully balances her artistic talent with keen attention to detail, providing her clients with valuable support from start to finish.

Claire’s talent shines on projects large and small, as showcased by her award-winning design of a budget kitchen in a September, 2017 NKBA chapter competition.

Clark Lamm
Kitchen and Bath Designer

Clark brings a diverse creative background to Mingle.  His experience encompasses kitchen & bath design as well as art direction, graphic design and custom cabinet/furniture design.

After receiving his BFA in design from The Kansas City Art Institute, Clark worked as an advertising art and creative director in Kansas City, San Francisco and Minneapolis.

Clark is excited to continue pursuing his true passion of kitchen and bath design at Mingle. In addition to his design degree, he has studied kitchen and bath design through the National Kitchen and Bath Association, as well as furniture design and fabrication at the North Bennett Street School and Anderson Ranch.

Having renovated three homes of his own (a downtown condo, a classic center-hall colonial, and a mid-century modern ranch), he’s sympathetic to the challenges of home renovation and well versed in a variety of styles.

A careful listener, Clark loves incorporating client dreams into the final design. His background in custom fabrication is beneficial to design solutions that are unique and creative, and he loves geeking out on the details.

His kitchen and bath work has been featured on the DIY network and DO! Magazine.

Danielle Lardani Kitchen and Bath Design Assistant

Danielle Lardani
Kitchen and Bath Designer

Danielle is the third generation of her family to be involved in the design industry. As a small child, she was fascinated by the blueprints that her father brought home from the commercial drywall and plaster company that was founded by her grandfather.

After completing her AAS degree in Interior Design, Danielle continued her studies at the Florence Design Academy in Italy. She loved the vibrant, multi-cultural European environment where all walks of life bring their country’s design style to life. During her studies in Europe, her passion for design was heightened when she realized that the kitchen was truly the heart of the home – and that became her inspiration to take on the NKBA accredited program in Kitchen and Bath Design upon her return to the US.

While Danielle has enjoyed working on projects of all sizes and styles, she feels that the transitional style really resonates with Minnesotans’ tastes, which tend to be grounded in solid, lasting design, with tasteful bits of personality added through hardware, tile, or lighting. Danielle tailors her designs to match her clients’ unique styles.

Danielle is an active committee member in the local chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and enjoys networking with local remodelers and builders.  Her broad appreciation of design and style and her proficiency with CAD design software make her a valuable member of the Mingle team, while her quick smile and vibrant, outgoing personality endear her to her clients.

Emerson Kellogg
Kitchen and Bath Designer

Creative, intuitive and detail oriented, Emerson uses his problem solving skills and passion for design to create truly beautiful and functional designs.

Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Emerson was exposed early on to both creative and technical influences from his graphic design mother and engineer father. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from University of Minnesota in 2016, and has since focused on kitchen and bath design.

Emerson enjoys complex projects and thinks holistically about the “big picture” while also paying close attention to the details.  He loves to create unique and personalized solutions for his clients by giving a contemporary twist to classic design details.

Emerson is a great listener and uses humor to make the design process fun and enjoyable while still informing and keeping the client involved in every step of the process. He is inspired by his clients’ dreams and uses his knowledge and creativity to turn those dreams into reality.
